PorchFestKC 2016 is a third-year event bringing music to the front porches of homes in the Valentine neighborhood in Midtown KC. This year's event took place on October 8th and featured 141 bands performing on 40 porches. The video was shot and edited by Brandon Smith at A Table for 1 Production. @Brandoncito27

Kansas City band of young lions, led by trombonist Ryan Heinlein, brought a brassy verve to the mostly folk PorchFest in Kansas City’s West Plaza neighborhood. I caught this tune on video. Great playing by Brett Jackson on sax on this tune. Nice to see Eddie Moore on the keyboard along with Clint Ashlock, trumpet, and drummer Matt Leifer.
